Best Gym With Womens only Group Fitness Classes

Transform your fitness routine with our ladies only group fitness classes in West Ryde. Our group fitness classes are designed to be fun, non intimidating and effective, while offering the personal feel, unlike a lot of larger commercial gyms. Our classes are capped at 6 participants, which allows us to focus on form, technique as well as spend time with every class member individually throughout the session.

We include everything in our small group classes

Each class has a duration of 45 minutes and involves a mixture of core, cardio and weights while working a particular body part, so you are hitting all muscle groups throughout the week. No two workouts are the same to make the workouts fun and engaging with lots of variety.

Push Day - Chest, Shoulders, Triceps + Core and Cardio.

Back Day - Back, Biceps + Core and Cardio.

Leg Day - Glutes, Hamstrings, Quads, Calves + Core and Cardio.

Boxing - Fun Cardio Fitness Including a Mix of Weights and Core.

Classes have a maximum of 6 people and are suitable for all fitness levels.
